Brainlabs listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2019
We are immensely excited to announce that we have been included in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2019. To be recognised as a business of our size and age leading the way in gender equality amongst a roster of high-profile companies operating at a much larger scale is an incredible honour.
As a performance marketing agency powered by technology, the underrepresentation of women in tech has always been very close to our hearts. We’re constantly striving to be at the forefront of gender equality in tech, fostering a company culture inclusive to all genders.
Talking about gender biases and acknowledging underlying issues is the first step in eliminating them. Everyone has a part to play in promoting gender equality across all industries, and we couldn’t be more pleased to be at the forefront of this dialogue.
Our COO, Sophie Newton, said:
Thrilled that Brainlabs has been named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2019. Since its conception, we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating an inclusive environment in which all Brainlabbers are treated fairly, and ensuring our values run deeper than our company handbook. A few years ago, we successfully eliminated our gender pay gap, which was a powerful testimony of our commitment to equality.
However, we won’t be resting on our laurels just yet! Our Diversity and Inclusion committee have plenty of exciting initiatives in the pipeline to ensure Brainlabs continues to foster an atmosphere that truly embraces intersectionality.
Special thanks to The Times for their recognition!
