As COO, Irene is responsible for global operations and processes, ensuring that everything we do at Brainlabs is scalable and best practice. Originally hailing from Spain, she initially planned to give London a go ‘for a couple of years’… and then never left. In the decade since, Irene’s worked for the likes of Tesco, eBay, and Ben’s Cookies, leaving time to unwind… by climbing to Everest base camp.

Olivier supports our international expansion by providing commercial insight and reporting to drive performance. He has over 30 years working worldwide in corporate finance, including 14 years at Apple and most recently as Global CFO in the services sector at VFS Global. He is a big fan of hiking and has climbed both Mt. Kilimajaro and Mt. Blanc.

Jeremy is responsible for direction and growth in the US. Prior to joining Brainlabs, Jeremy oversaw iProspect where he grew the team from 250 to 850 staff. His career in the advertising and marketing industry has also seen him in a number of other key roles at dentsu, including overseeing the Global Media Partnerships team and working hand-in-hand with Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Google.

As President of Brainlabs US, Jeff leads the region and directs process and product strategy for all US hives. Jeff brings 19 years of digital advertising experience to the team and comes to Brainlabs from Hanapin Marketing, where he grew revenue 5 times throughout his tenure as President.

Carrie is an avid ambassador for everything digital marketing and regularly speaks at conferences like Hero Conf. With a Masters degree in Policy Analysis, she’s also no stranger to numbers and successfully supercharging client revenue. Her passion for programmatic advertising is only rivalled by one thing: her love for her two rescued pitbulls – Amadeus and Twiggy.

First joining our London office in 2016 as an experienced paid search account manager, Kat now heads up our Austin hive. The last few years have seen the US biddable division grow exponentially, with clients all over the US from Idaho to NYC. Outside of work, Kat’s a keen traveller and outdoorsy type – she recently learnt to surf in Portugal and has plans to hike across an Icelandic glacier.

If she hadn’t joined Brainlabs, Leo would probably have been an opera singer instead.

Costas joined Brainlabs back in 2016 after realising the Lab life he was looking for, wasn’t the one people expected a Masters course in Biochemistry at Oxford to lead to. He’s worked in both our implementation and strategy teams and now uses that breadth of knowledge, as well as the expertise of his team, to drive results for his clients.

Alice has (not so) secret ambitions to leave us to become a pasta chef when she hits midlife crisis age, but for now she’s happy throwing flour around her kitchen outside of work hours.

Previous jobs included programmer, strategy consultant in the telecoms industry and floor sweeper. He hated sweeping, and much preferred his role as CEO of Distilled.

Before joining us, Ofir was Tech-Strategy Lead at Byte London, working with global brands including Spotify, Pret, ASOS, Facebook, Google, and TikTok. With an MSc from Imperial College focused on Emerging Technologies, Ofir brings an endless passion for innovation to the Brainlabs team.
